New Ranks in effect:
000 Posts Rank 1 V
100 Posts Rank 2 VI
200 Posts Rank 3 VIN
300 Posts Rank 4 VINY
400 Posts Rank 5 VINYL
Setting Rank 1 to 0 posts fixed the problem with Kevin having no rank at all.

I upgraded the forum, if you get an Error 500 message try again and it should work.

I've made some sound tags use them like so
[code:221uz4vs][sound]http://www.vinylband.net/musicplayer/so ... track3.mp3[/sound][/code:221uz4vs]

This code produces the following box:

[sound]http://www.vinylband.net/musicplayer/so ... track3.mp3[/sound]

Small talk is pissing me off, anything of use gets buried and I can't be bothered to link the search results to the correct page number.
There is no need to be stingy with creating new threads, especially if you expect some replies. Small talk is for small talk, such as "look at this shit I found on [url=http://youtube.com/watch?v=zFGwHS4AqXU:3qmd9c06]youtube[/url:3qmd9c06]" or "it sure is cold here today."

I'm going to start moderating the shit out of it and if I split anything I will punish you by making the split subject as gay as possible.

Is there a way I can get more of the latest forum post topics on the left column of the screen? I see the last 2 topics, but 4 or 5 would kick ass.

Need to test something....
Please don’t waste my fucking time with endless emails. These are plain old cinderblocks, for fuck sake. You don’t need to do an engineering study on the feasibility of using these fucking things as building material. That’s what they’re for, you fucking idiots. Not listen, we’re all busy people here. You want the blocks? Come get the fucking blocks and give me one dollar for every block you take. How fucking hard is that? You don’t have to tell me what you’re building. I don’t give a fuck. I’m not interested in helping you build it either. Why? Because I don’t give a fuck. I just want to get these fucking things off my property. So if you want them, get the fuck over here with some money and take them. The next fucking moron that emails me with “I’m building a blah blah blah, and was wondering if…” The answer is NO. Come get the fucking blocks and build it yourself. If I knew how to do masonry, don’t you think I’d be using the block myself instead of selling them for half fucking price?

If you want to help test out a new theme, go to http://teamvinyl.tv/usersettings.php?mode=edit . Then, on the Layout & Language tab, select the "gbrud" theme.

Embedding youtube videos is a bit complicated with the new forums. I'll try to explain it.

Say I want to embed this video.
http://www.youtube.com/?v=-lg9VPEQQ60

You can use the flash tags to do this.

Code: Select all

[flash=600,450]http://www.youtube.com/v/-lg9VPEQQ60[/flash]
600 is the video width 450 is the height.
You have to replace the ? and = from the url with / because that's the url of the video file on youtube (look at the embed code youtube gives you sometime).
http://www.youtube.com/?v=-lg9VPEQQ60 is the video page, http://www.youtube.com/v/-lg9VPEQQ60 is the flash file location.

Until I come up with a better way, enjoy the Iceman in action.
