I was listening to the recordings again today, and I'm going to go back and re-master all our self-done tracks. I realized there is NO BASS. I'm going to Minneapolis today, but I'll try to work on it before the end of Easter weekend.

I fixed the problem with it recording what came through the headphones, but with line in it only records on the left side, with microphone setting it sounds distorted, I wonder if its because I bought the stereo adapter rather than the mono?

Yeah I'm guessing it's your cable, you should be able to copy what's on one channel to the other to make it stereo. Eric?

Yeah, that works, but its kinda time consuming. And I didnt get the songs recorded because I broke my e-string and need to get a new one still.

I tried, then I remembered that we put the drums and bass in one mix. So I had a bitch of a time trying to get the right frequency in the multiband-EQ upped. In the end, the results are - SHITTY. Can't really change it.

Yeah, we should schedule bi-weekly practices this summer, and redo everything and double the content, and then put out an improved album. That's been the plan all along anyway.

Werd. Oh and didn't the Cattle Club get shut down or something cause of health/fire code? Cause this girl asked me if I wanted to play my solo shit for a show on the 29th. Odd...

Yeah I said we couldn't play the 29th so I referred her to Eric. Unless anyone thinks we can.

I might try to see if I can get some shows now, I told CCC that we are interested in doing shows this summer. Eric, you should see if Rebels can hook us up with any shows there or in SF or something.

I talked to Matt and Tom this weekend about shows this summer. They don't have anything lined up yet since Becca is in Sweden, but they will let us know once they get the ball rolling. And Kevin, yes. I haven't been to church since I said I'd give her that, so... yeah.

Well I don't have a tuner here and if I even tried to figure it out I would probably be way off. Why do the work when Dan can do it for me?

They all suck. Except 1-4. But I like #3 the best. All of them sound like good material and we'll have to get them up and running.

4 isnt actually a separate song, it is an old idea for #3. I just put in on there for the hell of it.

Btw do you have lyrics for "Diddy 7" or are you planning to write them or is the song not finished?

I'll have to see which song that even is. I probably have lyrics for it, but may not want to use them. I'll look through some stuff today.

BAAHAHAHAH! I just looked at it. Yeah, I have some. I've re-written them 4 times though. I'm still not entirely satisfied but it will work, hopefully it goes at a speed where most people won't bother to pay attention anyway. Supposedly the human brain only stores 7 bits of info in the very short term memory area (such as just listening to a song once without any repetition) so I guess I'm not that worried about it.
